A simple daily coping skill is to make lists of work and personal tasks.  This is your guide for staying focused and feeling productive.  Structure is so important when you are struggling with grief or PTSD.  Another coping skill is to frequently allow yourself to "be in the moment" and to just examine how you are feeling at that moment and why you feel this way.  When you slow down your thoughts, you can better clarify the ones which give you motivation and those which cause pain or regret.
